Processing

All of our products are handmade by women artisans as a sustainable form of income generation.  Accordingly, please allow 3-14 business days processing time depending on stock availability (in the event a product is not in stock, it can be made to order). For certain products, we can offer Expedited Processing (1-5 business days) at an additional cost. Please email us before making a purchase if you would like to confirm the earliest possible processing time. Our business processing days are from Mondays-Fridays excluding Zimbabwean holidays & Weekends. . 

Please note that your shipping option does not determine your processing length. It only determines how long it takes to deliver your item once it is in the possession of a postal service. 

Be sure to check spam and junk folders carefully for your confirmation email.  You will receive two emails: an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation. Your order confirmation comes immediately after purchase, whereas shipping confirmation arrives once your products have been sent by the postal carrier. From there you can track your order by using the tracking number provided in the email.

Shipping Domestic

We do not currently offer shipping within Zimbabwe, but we welcome you to visit our flagship store in Harare - get our newest products at a special local price! You can find us at 210 Upper East Road, Mount Pleasant, Harare or stay connected via our Facebook and Instagram for sales and markets!

Shipping International

We ship out our orders every Monday and Thursday afternoon. For expedited shipping, please contact us before making your purchase.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

After an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for packages, or how they are handled by the mail carrier. Should an error occur, please contact the shipping provider (FedEx or USPS) first, file a case before contacting us so we can open up a case with you. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, ground transportation strikes, delays, natural disasters or humans being humans once the package has left our premises. 

    Returns

    All of our products are handmade and high quality, and we work to ensure that we send you only the best! As such, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for our products, and cannot be held liable for any damages that occur during shipping. Many of our products are made from natural materials or unique prints, so please note that our products may differ in shade or pattern from what you see on the site, according to seasons. if you have any concerns or queries, or would like to arrange for express shipping, just pop us an email before you make your purchase!

     

    It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with a correct address before your item ships out. Once a label has been created, we unfortunately cannot change the address. If we receive a package due to an incorrect or invalid address, you will be contacted. Please note that there will be a non-refundable fee to reship your order. If you desire a refund, please contact us and we will refund you your order minus the shipping cost. We allow 24-48 hours to make address changes to orders after purchase. 

     

    ORDER CANCELLATION:

    If for any reason, you decide that you'd like to cancel your order, there will be a $7 restock fee taken from your refund. This is a convenience fee to us, due to the nature of our products. You have 8 hours to cancel your order exactly after placed your order since we officially offer rush processing.  Once the 8 hour margin has passed, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
